Hillary Clinton took one for the team

On the eve of the second presidential debate, Hillary Clinton said she would take full responsibility for the security issue in Benghazi. She said during an interview with CNN that Obama and Biden were not involved in the security decisions.

Even if Obama was aware of the request for extension of the extra security force, he would not approve it anyway.

On 9/25, two weeks after the 9/11 attack in Benghazi, a naïve Obama still believed the anti-Muslim was the cause for the attack. He said during a speech at the UN General Assembly:

“…If we are serious about upholding these ideals, it will not be enough to put more guards in front of an EmbassyIf we are serious about those ideals, we must speak honestly about the deeper causes of this crisis…”—you may be idealistic but your job is to protect Americans abroad in dangerous territory, especially US government officials. Four died because of your foolishness to recognize the danger these officials were in.

“…I have made it clear that the United States government had nothing to do with this video…”—was he still naïve to believe the cause of the attack was the video? Or did he just hope that no one would know and he could just use this to attack the freedom of speech we have in this country?

The 3 AM call to the White House

In 2008, Hillary Clinton ran an ad to tell Democrats that candidate Obama would not be ready for the call in the middle of the night to handle crisis.

She was right. He is still not ready for that 3 AM call.

And neither is she.
